Fanfare applies invulnerability to the user. Discord applies confuse to the opponent. Timpani applies immobilize to the opponent. Silence applies blind to the opponent. Each chip has a delay before reactivation. They do not block wind gusts and they all have 60HP. While Discord, Timpani and Silence are active on MegaMan, single hitting attacks that would decross have a 50% chance of not decrossing. Multi Hitting attacks will still decross.
