Opponent's first Mega/Giga Chip gets taken away. Beat activates before AntiNavi and the taken chip does not trigger it. Does not trigger if chip is used during TFC.
Will not work if the program was bugged, regardless of BugFix chip usage. This applies even when granted by a modcard
