Activates when the opponent uses their first Invisible chip in the battle. Rush nullifies its effects and paralyzes the opponent for 150f. Cannot paralyze enemies with a Barrier/Aura or Invincible, but still removes the Invisible chip. Does not trigger if Invisible is used during TFC.
If MegaMan is in a form that has access to Anger, then Rush will grant Anger as long as the paralysis time is not reduced to under 121f.
Will not work if the program was bugged, regardless of BugFix chip usage. This applies even when granted by a modcard.
