V1 = 300, V2 = 350, V3 = 400. Fire element with pseudo-breaking property. Fires two fists that hit 3x3 panels in front of MegaMan. Each fist will cause flashing, both fists can hit if the first hit counters the enemy, or if FlameHook is used while the enemy is still being dragged by another chip. Has 20f chip lockout.
