They have 50HP and explode after 180f (3 seconds) to deal damage to everything in the area they are in. Spawns in the same row as the user, & on the front of the opponent’s area. If the panel is occupied, it will attempt to spawn on the first available panel in row. Can spawn behind the enemy if that is the first free panel it can spawn on. Blocks wind gusts. They have 30f chip lockout which starts after the TimeFreeze ends. Change from previous game: TimeBomb will always only spawn in the same row as MegaMan.
