Instant Wind effect on all rows in front of MegaMan. If the enemy is behind a Cube or boulder, they are not affected. Wind effect is invisible & can be avoided with warp bug. Adding WhiteCapsule removes the Drag property from chips it’s attached to. Using it with WindRack will still push the opponent because of the wind effect applied by it. Racket impact is a Big Push. Racket’s impact effect differs depending on who is Host and Client. Host: Blows away barrier only. Client: Blows away barrier and wind gust pushes back enemy.
