Deals 200 damage, paralyzes for 120f. Each ball will last on the field for 480 frames. They take 40 frames to travel from the center of a panel to the center of an adjacent panel. If the player has 0 BugFrags, the charge shot becomes a normal Thunder. Charge time remains identical regardless of Charge+s. Charge takes 200f.
