The Time Bomb chip series places a time bomb in the enemy's area which explodes in TODO frames.

The time bomb will spawn on the first available panel. TODO: Check what panel it spawns on if more than one is available.

If a Time Bomb spawns directly on top of an enemy, they will be pushed back one square.
