CircGun1 has an alternating 8-frame 7-frame teleport timer. However, the initial teleport (from back top to back middle) will seem faster because there's 3 frames of windup that count against this timer

On frame 1, the cursor is invisible. On frame 2, the cursor is off-color. On frame 3, the cursor is its regular yellow.

From here, frames 5~8 will run and it will jump down. Then it will run 1~7 and jump to the back-bottom tile, and then 8f before moving agian, and so on.

Each iteration of CircGun in every game has a 360 frame timer (6 seconds) where it will autofire if you didn't input.

Each level of CircGun in BN4 moves "faster" by incrementing the 8/7 by 2 frames. So CircGun2 is 6/5, CircGun3 is 4/3.
