Sets the number of chips in your custom screen to 10. If used with DustCross, the Dust Chute overwrites the extra chips and reduces the slot to the initial 5 plus whatever extra Custom+ you had equipped. Losing DustCross results in getting back the effect of NumberOpen.
While having 10 chips on the user's custom screen is a considerable advantage in chip selection, the sheer size of NumberOpen make it nonviable as a part. A determined user can give themselves NumberOpen, SuperArmor, some amount of HP, and potentially another small program that can fit in the remaining space. Overall, though, strategies that use NumberOpen are few and far between.
