UnderShirt will stop MegaMan from dying and instead will be put to 1HP if hit by an attack that would delete him. AntiRecv will bypass UnderShirt.
UnderShirt is a ubiquitous program found on almost every NaviCust. Its incredibly small size makes it trivial to fit and the effect can keep the user alive for one last chance to win when they would have otherwise lost.
HubBatc can provide UnderShirt, with the obvious risk of not having its last-chance life saving effect until Hub Batch is used.
Even if UnderShirt saves the user, the user is still at only 1 HP. A simple buster shot will defeat the user afterwards.
Multi-hitting attacks will give the UnderShirt user no time to respond.
