Hub Batch is a NaviCust part that gives the user AttckMAX, ChargMAX, SpeedMAX, AirShoes, FlotShoe, Custom 3, Shield, and UnderSht.
AirShoes, FlotShoe, and Shield can be 
Uninstalled. Shield won’t overwrite the user’s existing B+Left ability.
Hub Batch can be used to stall out Custom Bug by setting your custom to the maximum possible. This sets your custom to 10 when used with NumbrOpn.
