Changes all panels into Broken Panels, except for panels that are already Broken Panels, permanent Hole Panels, and panels occupied by players or objects. Panels occupied by players and objects are instead changed into Cracked Panels. There is a frame perfect interaction that allows thrown objects to land yet the panel they land on gets broken anyway.
