MagCoil travels 3 panels ahead. Will remain active 60f and drags the enemies vertically to the panels the Coil is active on. It does not work on objects. The effective vertical range is one panel above and below the location of the Coil. Dragging Effect starts 4f after the visual is active, then every 15f after that. (Additional info on Dragging can be found in the Game Mechanics section)
If MagCoil is used in the middle row while placed on top of Ice Panels, and the enemy does not have AquaBody, the enemy will be repeatedly dragged up and down across panels for the full duration of MagCoil. If you're stuck in this drag loop, control can be temporarily returned by form canceling or stopped entirely by using SpoutCross.
