Removes obstacles on the field to spawn a soldier in their place that shoots towards the enemy in the row they spawn at. If the enemy is in a different row they will fire forward. Fires 3 hits per object removed and paralyzes for 90f per hit. The panel behind anything hit by ColonelArmy gets struck as well.
Type 3 objects cannot be used to spawn ColonelArmy.
ColonelArmy has collision & occupies the panel, preventing area change, obstacle placement, and player movement.
ColonelArmy can be activated with Vdoll before it lands. Doing this will spawn the soldier on the panel under VDoll and that allows them to spawn on broken panels. This also applies to AirRaid, AirSpin and objects mid movement by attacks that cause drag.
