Fanfare applies invulnerability to the user. Discord applies confuse to the opponent. Timpani applies immobilize to the opponent. Silence applies blind to the opponent. Each chip has a delay before reactivation. They do not block wind gusts and they all have 60HP. While Discord, Timpani and Silence are active on MegaMan, single hitting attacks that would decross have a 50% chance of not decrossing. Multi Hitting attacks will still decross. This happens because of how the game handles multiple damage sources in the same frame. They all last for 2400f before getting destroyed.
