Anti Recovery sets a trap which, upon triggering when an enemy uses a recovery chip, the enemy instead takes damage equal to the amount they would have recovered, as well as creating a poison panel beneath them.
Anti Recovery ignores any sort of defense, including invulnerable status (e.g. applied by Fanfare or Beast Over) and UnderSht.
Interaction with the Roll series
If Roll, Roll2, or Roll3 triggers the trap, it negates the chip’s attack and HP deducted is equal to how much she would heal. Anti Recovery will not trigger if the Roll is stolen from an AntiNavi. Additionally, the player who set the Anti Recovery trap may cut in the trap trigger into another screen dimming chip, but with only downsides to doing so.
